Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on July 26, 2011 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St., 3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking variances in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:
The applicant, Dora Naves, proposes to create at 34 Lincoln St. a more orderly parking arrangement with appropriate landscaping requirement. This parking plan will also benefit 14 and 24 Ryan Court. The concept of providing parking on Ryan Court does not conform to current
zoning ordinance provisions: Chapter 650, Section 48.C(5)(a)(2)-Off Street Parking), Chapter 650, Section 48.C(8)(a)-(Access to parking spaces), Chapter 650, Section 49.B(7)-(Maximum Curb Opening), Chapter 650, Section 47.E-(Landscaping), and Chapter 650, Section 43-(Maximum Lot Coverage). The property in question located in Zoning District Residence B and also known as Map 57, Parcel 198 of the Assessors’ Maps.
